Welcome! My name is Mr. Spencer. We begin each PE class with a 2 minute drill: 15 push-ups, 15 sit ups and a 2 lap run. Students will see their progress throughout the year as these numbers will increase. Students engage in everything from basketball, dodge-ball, volleyball, kickball, badminton, and weightlifting. In the Spring, students will be participating in outdoor activities such as track and field. We also will be examining health related issues in reference to each grade level such as handling stress and diet.
