What: FFA District Leadership

NOTE: This is also Picture Day. The picture takers will be set up at 7:30, so students CAN get their pictures taken before the bus leaves at 8 a.m.!

When: October 3rd, 2018 (Opening Ceremonies at 9 a.m.) (Bus leaves high school at 8 a.m.)

Where: Stanley - South Complex

Who: FFA members including Officers, all 9th graders, and several other members

Why: To participate in a variety of Leadership Development Events, inlcuding Creed Speaking (Andrew), Demonstration (Bailey & Harley), Speech (Katie) Parli Pro (Chapter Officers), GH Parli Pro (9th graders), Quiz (TBD) and GH Quiz (TBD)

Results: Parshall FFA Braves braved a snowy day in Stanley for the District 1 Leadership Conference! Some results: GOLD Demonstration by Harley and Bailey, SILVER State Qualifying Speech by Katie Woessner, GOLD Chapter Treasurer Colter Sanderson, GOLD Senior Quiz by Katie, Harley, and Jaden, GOLD Greenhand Quiz by Andrew, Winter, and Dylan, and many many Silver and Bronze ribbons. Thanks to Mountrail County South Complex for having us, thanks to all the judges and sponsors, and congrats for a day of learning and fun for this great group of Parshall FFA members!

 

What: Parshall FFA Creed Speaking LDE

When: September 20, 2018

Where: PHS Library

Who: Andrew, Lawrence, Zeke, Dana, Colter, MaeKaye

Why: To select a student to represent Parshall FFA at District Leadership

Results: Andrew H. has been selected to represent Parshall FFA at District Leadership on October 3rd. Congratulation and good luck, Andrew!
